Individualised Educational Plan (IEP)

We believe at CEDLAC that every child is unique and has his/her own strength, hence we adopt the IEP model of education. Each child and his/her family are unique and that is our approach to Early Childhood Education. The IEP is a written document that articulates a plan of care for an individual with developmental disabilities. It identifies what each child can and will do in their day-to-day living and what support they need. We understand that every child is different, therefore our education programmes are designed such that it will provide significant learning opportunities and confer important benefits based on the child’s abilities. With the right learning opportunities and recovery programmes, we can maximize their potential and quality of life.

Transition

During the period in school, your child will be supported by a team of experienced professionals. We always make sure that movement from one phase of your child’s life to another is managed sensitively and with utmost professionalism, so that they can settle into their new setting easily. We run parents’/caregiver’s workshops and training where we help you to look at the issues faced by your child when they are not with us and proffer opportunities to help you pull thorough seamlessly.

Student Report

We provide individual reports on how your child is improving at regular intervals.
